Rooms are charged at £300 per month including all bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV licence and Virgin Media phone, internet and digital TV).

There is a £20 per month discount for students and a further £10 per month discount for payment by Standing Order.

A £300 deposit is payable on moving in to the property.
