It is a shared house with the owner and so occupants will be counted as lodgers rather than tenants.  Only tidy, considerate lodgers will be chosen to live here in order to assure that everyone's experience in the house is as pleasant as possible.  Simple guidelines are written in the contract and must be followed to remain at the property.
